At Vehicle Auto History, we provide digital vehicle history and background information reports to customers across Australia and New Zealand. All reports are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
Because our reports are digital and generated instantly or shortly after purchase, specific refund conditions apply.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only if the report has not been processed or delivered.
A refund may be issued if:

The report has not yet been generated, and
-
The customer contacts us before delivery.
Once a report has been generated and sent from our system, it becomes non-refundable.
If a customer does not receive their report within the expected time, they must contact us at info@vehicleautohistory.com within 24 hours of purchase for investigation.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

The report has already been delivered by email.

The customer provided incorrect or incomplete information (e.g., wrong VIN or registration number).

The customer no longer needs the report or changed their mind after delivery.

The customer disagrees with the information, findings, or data contained in the report.

The report was sent, but the customer failed to check their spam/junk folder.
All reports are generated using publicly available and third-party data sources available at the time of processing.
Exceptions
A full or partial refund may be granted only if:

The report was not delivered due to a verified technical issue on our side.

A payment was accidentally duplicated.

The customer contacts us within 24 hours and the report has not yet been processed.
